4 Small Indoor Plants: Beautiful but Easy Maintenance
Putting plants in the house has many benefits. However, not all plants are suitable for placing in the house. Here are some lists of plants that are suitable to be placed in the house and easy to care for.
The first plant is chinese money plant or could be called pilea peperomioides. Its straight stems with rounded leaves are a hallmark of Pilea peperomioides. When combined with a small pot like the one in the picture above, it will make it beautiful and suitable to accompany your coffee table. This plant does not require extra care, watering once a week is sufficient if the room temperature is not too hot, and will continue to thrive in a bright room even if it is not exposed to sunlight.
Xerosicyos danguyi is a climbing succulent plant. Xerosicyos danguyi is suitable for those of you who are looking for indoor plants that are drought tolerant or do not wither easily even though they are rarely watered. It would be better if you plant it in a small pot with a good drainage system like the pot example above and put it in an area exposed to the sun.
Crassula ovata is a plant that has a shrub-like structure so it can be pruned like a bonsai. Crassula ovata will grow pink flowers, but if it is exposed to too much sun, the flowers may be red or yellowish. Therefore, this plant is very suitable to be placed in the room. This plant doesn’t need much water, even in hot weather, and in winter, it should be watered a little more, so you don’t need to water it too often.
This ornamental plant from Brazil has a very bright and bold color. The color itself varies from crimson red to violet. In the picture above is an example of Oxalis triangularis which does not yet have flowers with stems like sprouts. In another picture, the purple oxalis triangularis already has a flower that is still buds that will bloom in a few days. You can put it in a bright pot or a minimalist white ceramic pot to make it look good. This plant requires sunshine several hours a day so you should place it in an area exposed to sunlight such as near a window.
